Humans have not sent any spacecraft or objects beyond the boundaries of the Milky Way galaxy. The Milky Way is an immense spiral galaxy, and our solar system is located within one of its outer arms. The vast distances involved make it currently impossible for humans to send any spacecraft beyond the confines of our own galaxy.
The farthest human-made objects from Earth are the Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 spacecraft. Launched in 1977, they were designed for interstellar exploration. However, they are still well within the confines of the Milky Way, and it will take tens of thousands of years for them to reach even the nearest stars.
It's worth noting that space exploration is an ongoing endeavor, and future missions may have the capability to travel farther into the interstellar space. As technology advances, scientists may develop spacecraft with the potential to explore regions beyond our local galaxy. However, as of now, no human-made object has left the Milky Way.
