If you're in the middle of the ocean and you don't know how to swim, is there anything you can do to prevent you from drowning?

The middle of the ocean. It is actually a known spot.

The wind is blowing about 58km hour right there right now.

About 5 meter seas as well.

So whether you could swim or not you are not going to last long in the middle of the ocean in 58kmh winds and 5 meter seas.

There is nothing you could do. Swim. Don’t swim. The sea is going to claim you in a few short minutes. If you were a world class swimmer you might could travail for a couple hours.

Even if you had a liferaft no one will find you out there because no one really travels through as it is not a very widely used shipping lane in the South Pacific.

If you can swim you would just die tired.
