Stop being an alcoholic when you already have every intention of changing your reputation and enhancing your recalling skills. Cells die when you have too much alcohol in your body. So, stick with your limitations and realize that you can always say no anytime and lead your life to a better direction.

Stick with those rules even when you are in the brink of getting tempted. This is one way for you to test on how far you have come. Once you are already a master of self control, the rest of this procedure will get easier. You will always see the good effects of studying while everybody is having the time of their life.

Use images in remembering a specific event. If there is something that you need to recall at the end of the day, develop this habit of looking at an object that would represent that moment. Settle for something simple for your cells not to be pressured that much. You can also remind yourself in an hourly basis.

Arrange those important names in a list which can give you an acronym. There is no specific rule with how you can get all of these things in your head. Be creative and develop a pacing which you are capable of keeping as a permanent fixture.

Be sure that you are not pushing yourself too much. Take a few minutes of break for you to relax. This will lead your memory recall to be better than ever. That can be helpful when you are already running out of time and this can be one of those make or break moments.
