Summer is the great time of the year when the days are longer; the weather is most suitable for outdoor activities.

Kids love summer; it's great time for them to get involved in various activities they like such as playing video games, watching TV, surfing the Internet. You'll want them to get out of the sofa and take part in physical activities to keep fit and have fun. Trampolining is a great choice to get your kids out of bed this summer. Every kid loves jumping, flipping and bouncing on the trampolines and can spend hours playing on the trampolines a day.

Like other forms of exercise such as jogging or running, trampoline jumping is good for health. Trampolining is more effective and provides less impact to your joints according to a 1979 NASA study. According to recent statistics, ten minutes bouncing on a trampoline brings the same health benefits as half hour running.
