After passing the courses, get the state commercial electrician examinations. This is to assess you on great knowledge on the local building codes, the tools to use, the safety of the area, and all those electrical theories. If you passed this, then you will get your certification to become a real commercial electrician. But this certification requires you to renew it every year.

If you are real ready, tell your close friends or relatives that you are all set in your business. The first challenge here is finding your clients. With this, make a marketing campaign for you to promote your business. Do not only focus on one subject but to a lot more.
