Unsightly steel stapling units cause injuries when left unattended.

After you have removed all wooden pads, start the sanding procedure. You can purchase the sanding material from the local hardware. In order to have a good finishing, buy three grades of sanding materials which are the 80, 150 and 220 grits. When sanding use these sanding materials in that order and make sure to reach the corners.

Sanding procedure will generate a lot of debris and dust. So use a vacuum cleaner and a tacking cloth to clean them. After that, you need to repeat the process again and this time round be sure to reach to the corner and joints. Then, using tack clothes clean debris that has been generated. Once that has been done, it is now time to spread the staining mixture in circles. You have to make sure you follow the manufacturers direction. Apply a standard buffer after staining to remove stains.

A mixture of polyurethane is then applied to the last coat and a moping rag can be used to spread it. For a good finish, the process should be started at the corner and proceed towards the door. A second coat will then be applied after the first one is dried. On completion of the wood floor refinishing, a period of three days should elapse before it is used.
