The fourth stage is known as bargaining, while the fourth stage is depression. Additionally, the fifth stage often referred to as acceptance, they accept the situation and designs self-management strategies to cope up with such challenges.

They find themselves in sad moods and feeling and most often regrets on the things they ought to do or avoid doing which could enable them to avoid such present conditions. This makes them feel angry with themselves for such circumstances. It is important to note that if not effectively managed, such conditions can be detrimental to the lives of those affected.
