Fox McCloud Could Benefit From a Web Marketing Company

By Rob Sutter

It's hard to believe that a company with so many different characters cannot find certain spots for all of them. Out of all of the Nintendo franchises that I am a fan of, I believe that "Star Fox" is one of the finer picks. This was, to me, the ideal mesh of science fiction and action and I don't think many people will disagree with the admiration I have for it. However, Fox McCloud has been missing, it seems, and a web marketing company could prove to be most ideal.

Fox McCloud stand as the one in charge of the Star Fox alliance; this is easy to see when you consider the members of the team in question. Falco Lombardi is skilled in terms of flying and combat but his attitude seems to turn off those he comes into contact with. You also have Slippy Toad, who is considered one of the more incompetent combatants you could imagine. However, he is a mechanic, which gives him some degree of value whether fans want to admit it or not.

Of course, a wide group of characters isn't going to make a game and you have to think about why, exactly, the series never quite reached the popularity as something like Mario. Looking at this series overall, it's all about running and jumping, which is a formula that's easy to learn and play. Star Fox requires a bit more in the way of precision, seeing as how the series has always relied on shooting. This series is criminally underrated, which, in my mind, should not have to be said.

Fox McCloud's characteristics are ones that a web marketing company can highlight for a litany of reasons. He is able to prove himself when it comes to combat in the air but "Super Smash Bros." is the series that proved that he was capable of much more. He had to fight against many different characters and his quick maneuvers are ones that are very much difficult to deny. Agencies along the lines of fishbat could highlight these in order to bring McCloud's awareness higher.

I can usually see whether or not a character has failed for the right reasons. Maybe the appearance wasn't all that appealing or maybe it was a case of the personality traits not being fleshed out enough. However, I am also a big believer in potential and I would like to think that this character, in particular, has that aspect in spades. Whether or not a web marketing company is utilized, I think it's apparent that certain personalities are overlooked for reasons which are difficult to cite.
