Ok! We all got it - you have a great body. You worked at the gymnasium all year round, suffered at the tanning shop, and read in the girly mag to flaunt what you have. No - I am not talking about the dancing floor. If you actually want to piss other women off, it is by crossing a fine line by making passes at other women's men. To a certain degree you may be flirtatious - Simply do not overdo it. Try to work out who is with whom. Before you start throwing glances, playing with your hair and launching all the remainder of the tricks in you armoury, ask around. Maybe you know someone in that person's party. If you can not work it out for yourself, move on - there are loads of fish in the sea.
