Bristol Conveyancing Solicitor Web System Should Make Property Transactions In The UK Simpler

By Donald McGowan

The process of buying a house is not without its complications; from previous occupants taking their light bulbs with them to finding bodies buried under the porch, there are always going to be some complications!

At some point within the conveyancing process it is doubtless that every house buyer has prayed for an easier way, some sort of system to enable them to weave through the tangled web of property conveyancing.

Well, potential house buyers fear not, for a new online system is to be launched that is going to make the process of a house sale far less complicated and easier to follow and manage.

The system is initially to be run in Bristol with a view to expanding countrywide and will allow conveyancing solicitors, buyers, sellers, and estate agents to log on to the site and check up on the details of their conveyancing process to research any delays and their causes or to leave messages for one another on its notepad facility.

A Bristol conveyancing solicitor states that this will make things much easier for everybody involved in the process of buying a property, as there will be direct accountability for every action made by an individual, with no red tape to hide behind.

He goes on to say that every lawyer, conveyancer and estate agent will be able to check if everyone else is doing their job properly and can use the systems to keep checks on how well the process is moving along.

Over 80 Bristol law firms will take part in the project, which will last for six months; the information will then be collated by the Land Registry, along with comments from everybody involved in the process to see if the project should be expanded for a nation-wide implementation.

A spokesperson for the Land Registry asserts that the benefits of such a modified system will far outweigh any potential costs and everybody's life will be made just a little bit easier and that electronic conveyancing could be a huge step forward for the process of property selling, as it will iron out any complications that may arise through the paper conveyancing system.

Contact a Bristol conveyancing solicitor today for a professional consultation if you have a query about the conveyancing process, or would like some legal advice about how to buy or sell a property and see if you can get the bargain on a property that you deserve.
