As a man with an electrical
engineering degree you should be able to frame a simple question in correct
grammar.
“Buddhists” and “Hindus” are
not religions - they are people who follow the religion.
So your question in simple school
boy English should be:-
“Are BUDDHISM and HINDUISM fake
religions?”
Next let’s parse terms.
FAKE - adjective - “Having
a false or misleading appearance”; fraudulent.
Buddhism and Hinduism are
philosophical systems with an epistemology, ontology and metaphysics - you may
be deceived by superficial external appearances - but that is because of your
lack of enquiry, research and investigation in the respective philosophies.
“Fraudulent” applies to a person
or persons who are defrauding others for personal or political gain. And since
neither Buddhism nor Hinduism have a central committee and a marketing policy
and strategy, and there are no beneficiaries, the term Fraudulent cannot
possibly apply to either system.
