They also want their employees to be motivated which means keeping them happy at their job. Happy employees equals better productivity which in turn equals customer satisfaction. By asking for employee feedback it shows the employees that they are valued and play a very important role with the company.

A marketing research company can play a very important role in a businesses success. For this reason companies outsource this work to experts in the field. Gathering this information is crucial in building a happier and ore profitable business.
