The initial thing is that you have got to acknowledge to yourself that there is a problem. A number of people may go into denial regarding their symptoms but this is not going to be beneficial to them.

1)Discussing You ought to discuss the situation with somebody. This may be a relative or even a friend. It could even be your doctor or possibly a counsellor. If you are not sure who to go to, go to visit your physician and you will be directed to the most appropriate person who can help.

2- Relaxation It's a good idea to do something relaxing for example relaxing quietly somewhere and attempting loosen up your muscles, breathe slowly, deeply and then try to keep all thoughts out of your mind. If you don't wish to take a seat in one location, you could possibly attempt to do other relaxing things such as reading a novel or listening to music ,swimming or yoga. All these exercises significantly help when controlling anxiety.

3-Keep active By continuing to keep active in the form of various exercises, your mind will not likely be able to obsess with any anxious thoughts. Additionally you benefit from exercises with regards to being fit and you can sleep better at the end of the day.

Other important approaches to keep control over anxiety are - Eating a balanced diet - Avoiding an excess of alcohol ; - Good time management skills don't commit yourself too much to doing things for people.

- Support group: there are many support groups dedicated to helping people with anxiety. Look in your phone book for your local groups or look on the web. You get to meet others at the group meeting and you could share your experiences.

- Medication-if everything else fails your doctor may prescribe some medication to suit your needs.

Dealing with anxiety involves attempting to come up with what caused the anxiety in the first place and then seeking to address the various causes accordingly.
