For a long time we have used the video store as one of our main ways to access movies. Now, with internet usage exploding, movie downloads are becoming very popular. You will find just about any movie you want with a good movie download site. Below is a small sample.

Lust for a Vampire: Carmilla, the seductress from The Vampire Lovers, preys on young students at an all girl school. Third-rate terror film is very weak. Cast includes. Ralph Bates, Yutte Stensgaard, Barbara Jefford, Michael Johnson, Suzanna Leigh, Mike Raven, and Christopher Neame (95 minutes, 1971)

Muse Concert: Paper thin yet cute romantic comedy in reference to a cleaned-up '80s pop megastar (Permit) who gets a huge break getting to perform an original melody with a modern day music megastar (Bennett) if he can only find a lyricist with whom he could work with. Permit is at his best, throwing off a constant flow of ludicrous lines. (96 minutes, 2007)Cast includes Hugh Permit, Drew Barrymore, Brad Garrett, Kristen Johnston, Campbell Scott, and Haley Bennett.

Bean: Mr. Bean is a funny character played by genius comedian Rowan Atkinson. Being the caretaker of the Royal National Gallery, Bean is asked to take the famed Whistlers Mother painting to LA. This trip proves to be an incredible adventure for Mr. Bean.

Cry of Battle: Choppy action movie set in the Philippines with MacArthur as child of prosperous businessman who joins sectarian cause finding romance and sense of maturation. Cast includes Van Heflin, Rita Moreno, James MacArthur, and Leopoldo Salcedo. (99 minutes, 1963)

Metropolis: A private investigator and his nephew track a suspect to the futuristic Metropolis, meet a bizarre gal who is really an extremely commanding android, and decipher a message sent by a rebel forces leader who plans to take over the city. This is an amazing Japanese animated movie. It is written by Katsuhiro Otomo Akira, based on a visual novel by Osamu Tezuka called Astro Boy. Rich backdrops balance with cartoon looking lead characters, although dramatic storytelling and commanding visuals defeat film's shortcomings. Cast includes Kei Kobayashi, Kohki Okada, Taro Ishida, and Kousei Tomita. (106 minutes, 2001)

Talladega Nights: The Battle o Ricky Bobby: This is a crazy comedy with NASCAR racing as its platform. Ricky Bobby has become one of the best drivers in NASCAR. When an accident puts him out of action, he loses his nerve for racing. With nothing but racing in his life, Ricky Bobby must find a way to overcome his fear, and return to his championship form.

The Omen: This is a remake of the classic 1976 original. Born under suspicious circumstances, young Damian is a difficult child that his mother thinks he is evil. As things develop we soon realize that Damian is in fact the son of the devil. Now his father must go to Megiddo to learn how to stop the antichrist.

The Royal Tenenbaums: Depicted by Alec Baldwin, the no good Hackman dropped his spouse and 3 prodigy youngsters long ago, however now the need to make up lost time is apparent, especially since he's flat broke. Ranting comedy has similar likable, offbeat attributes as the film makers' Bottle Rocket. Cast includes Gene Hackman, Anjelica Huston, Gwyneth Paltrow, Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Luke Wilson, Bill Murray, and Danny Glover. (108 minutes, 2001)

Alakazam the Great: Japanese-made animation is excellent for entertaining the kids. The tale is focused around the supernatural baboon's ambitious ventures, from a bullfight in the pit of a volcano to a mythical battle with Hercules. Cast includes Frankie Avalon, Arnold Stang, and Sterling Holloway. (84 minutes, 1961)

A phrase like "Rent DVD" might get a good result. If that one doesn't work try another one. Switch to "Watch New Movies Online" and see if you find what you are looking for.
