Sure they were anxious and believe me, they were sweating. So when stress comes along and we react like the cavemen did because we don't have control of the situation, then anxiety sweating is the end result.

But, don't despair. There are many ways to relieve yourself of stressful situations without making your body go through all that. Plan time to take a walk, and truly involve yourself in the walk. Listen to the sounds around you, look at the colors, smell the smells; let yourself bond once again with the most basic of needs we have as humans, to be one with Mother Nature. That old adage rings true when someone advises you to "stop and smell the roses". Life is more than schedules and alarm clocks and deadlines; it is pulsing with excitement and fun and happiness. You just need to slow down and let it happen. Keep your life on as even a keel as you can muster in your own little corner of the world and you will find that the better you feel about yourself and your way of life, the less you will be subjected to bouts of anxiety sweating because you are in control.

So to wind this up, there is lots of negativity out there in this world of ours, and you need all the ammunition you can get to keep yourself on an even keel. You must go for the positives in all you do, and make sure that your life is in control with scheduling, regular maintenance, and planned down times so you can recharge your batteries. Want To Clear Your Credit Card Debt-Will Take Less Your Bank May Call

Credit card default rates are at 10% the highest ever. Banks who issue credit cards may have to greatly increase the amount of cash reserves to cover these debts thanks to a proposed accounting standard change. More money for reserves means less money for lending.

What does this mean to the average consumer?

Consumers who are behind on the bill from their credit card should seriously consider contacting the bank and negotiating a discounted settlement. Using a credit counseling service is a good idea so the offer is reasonable and there is a plan in place to pay the settlement. Savings of thirty to forty percent or more are possible.

Why are the banks eager to close out bad credit card accounts? It has been the practice of most banks to bundle credit card loans and sell them as investment deals. These deals are considered "off the books" and as such do not have to be shown on the bank's balance sheet. In other words they have no impact on the bank's earnings even if the loans go bad. The new accounting rule will change that and eliminate "off the books" deals.

Banks that are FDIC insured are all regulated. Part of that regulation requires that banks keep a cash reserve equal to a percentage of all loans lent as a reserve against bad debt. Off the books loans were not included on the balance sheet so the banks did not have to have a reserve set aside for them.

Bringing these loans back on the books is going to have a significant impact on the amount of cash a bank needs to cover the reserve. To give you an idea of the magnitude of this rule change, American Express says it will have to add $28 billion in loan liabilities while Citigroup says it will have to add over $98 billion! Didn't we just bail these guys out?

Billions of dollars will be needed to cover the cash reserve requirement once those new loans are added to the books. Banks know that at least 10% of the loans are bad and the potential for that to go up is very real. The more defaults, the more the reserve needs to be replenished. As a result, banks are motivated to accept settlements for less than the amount owed. In fact some banks are making the first contact with card holders who are behind offering discounted deals.

If a consumer is already behind on their credit card bill their credit score is already trashed. There really is no downside to negotiating a discounted settlement providing you have the cash to do it. Credit counseling organizations can provide ideas on how best to handle the deal. This could be a time where the consumer can eliminate some serious debt.

In this case we end up hurting ourselves to protect our spouses feelings and in the long run this will lead to bad feelings and resentment.

All of us make mistakes on a daily basis. Granted, some errors are larger than others, but you need to find a way to let go of the hurt and anger on a daily basis. If you allow the anger to stay it will grow. Every new mistake will build on the previous ones and soon you will spend most of your time angry. It is very hard to reconcile your differences if you are angry all of the time.

Get Outside Help

Even when both spouses have the best intentions, it can often be hard to make this journey alone. It may be easiest if you can find an impartial observer that can give you rational and unbiased advice. This will only be successful if both spouses are comfortable with the counselor.

Trying to save your marriage can be a long and difficult road to travel. Keep in mind that the end result will be a partnership that may strengthen both of you.

Accounting is a true recording of transaction, if it is to give integrity to its existence as language; it puts down what has already taken place and does not give a prediction of events. However, the predicted adverse effects of events that have already taken place are usually recorded. Unless money has been actually earned----either cash has been handed over or a legal obligation to pay the specific amount agreed upon has been assumed by the customer----sale cannot be considered as having occurred.

The Link between Alcohol and Cancer in Women

Medical studies have shown that women who drink moderate amounts of alcohol increase their risk of a variety of types of cancer.

Middle-aged women took part in a research survey in breast cancer screening clinics which looked into their alcohol habits, and taking into consideration those habits during the previous seven years.

25% of the women surveyed reported zero alcohol use, and the majority reported admitted to less than three drinks per day. The average alcohol consumption was just one drink a day, so researchers focused on comparing the habits of those who had drunk two or less drinks per week with those who had drunk larger quantities.

It was revealed that for each additional drink on a daily basis would increase the risk of breast, liver and rectal cancer, by research groups at the University of Oxford in England.

It made no difference which type of alcohol was consumed, whether it was wine, liquor or beer. Earlier medical researchers found that copious amounts of alcohol consumption were linked to esophageal and oral cancers, but only when smokers consumed alcohol, and this study confirms those earlier results.

The report also revealed that moderate drinkers did have a reduced risk of thyroid cancer, renal cell cancer and non-Hodgkin lymphoma, but that on the whole woman in general, the read alcohol risk is low.

They also found out that about 118 of every 1,000 women develop these cancers in developed countries, but more specifically in connection with alcohol consumption that each extra daily drink would result in 11 breast cancers and four of the other sorts in addition to that data.

The group concluded that 13% of the cancers mentioned had been linked or related to the consumption of alcohol. The obvious warning that we all should take from this is that that women who drink alcoholic beverages are increasing their risks of cancer, even if they drink in moderation.
