Wheatgrass juice is a natural extract and a liquid shot of minerals, essential nutrients and vitamins. It is easily assimilated into the body, therefore, making it more nourishing and an excellent source of energy. Siberian ginseng tea is an extract of the ginseng root. This is an herbal extract that is used to stimulate the body and boost concertation. This helps you to work for long hours before getting fatigued. Reishi mushroom may be used in the form of tea. It has been used as enfolds in tasty omelets but it can be used as a tea.
