Know What Is The Perfect Female Body And The Steps To Achieve It

What is the perfect female body? The earlier centuries dictated that the ideal is to be lush and rubenesque. In the previous decades it was all about being skinny. Fortunately today the idea of a perfect female body is not so much the faultless measurements of runway super models-it is more about being healthy and being the best version of yourself. Achieve this with effective workout routines for women today.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that men and women have different genetic make ups. Men are physically bigger and are able to pack on huge muscles-- which was formerly a concern for women who thought that exercise would turn them masculine and unattractive. This is untrue. It is the high levels of testosterone in men and not exercise that make for the big muscles; so the females are safe to train without the risk of losing their girlyness.

So let's get on with it shall we? The most effective workout program for women is one that combines high cardiovascular activity and a sufficient weight training regimen. Cardio exercises will improve the condition of your heart and lungs, while burning off the unwanted calories. Weight training, on the other hand, develops strength, stamina and general toning of the body.

Engage in aerobic training two to three times a week. This doesn't necessarily mean to run several hours in the treadmill or do boring calisthenics. Do what is enjoyable to you personally. Perhaps it is playing a particular sport like basketball, tennis or swimming-invite your friends and have fun losing weight together! You can also try dancing; it is a popular activity and has seen many dropped dress sizes when consistently practiced.

Divide your strength or weight training into three separate days; each day concentrating on different muscle groups. You can try something like this: day one- chest and shoulders, day two- back and arms, day three- legs and abdominals. The extra days you have, spend in cardiovascular activities.

Toned arms look great with those sleeveless blouses and dresses. Perform dumbbell bicep curls for the biceps and cable curls and push-ups to get rid of the dreaded bat wings. Flaunt your back by making sure it looks good by doing bent over barbell rows and hyperextensions.

Obtain shapely legs with squats performed alongside calf raises, leg extensions and lunges. Get a sexy flat tummy with crunches and leg raises combined with standing side bends-do not rush through the drills just to complete the sets, concentrate on the form and breathing for maximum results. Improve your shoulders with lateral raise and the military press. Lastly, naturally lift your chest muscles with push up and pullover exercises.

Workout routines for women are challenging at first but it will get easier the longer you go at it. Everybody is always asking, what is the perfect female body-now it's time to show them the answer yourself. Keep yourself motivated and stay healthy!
