Neighborhood Profile: Canyon Creek

Buyers are always ready to purchase a property in the Canyon Creek neighborhood. And it is surely no wonder with all of the beauty, convenience, and value that this neighborhood offers. Canyon Creek is simply gorgeous, sharing a border with a natural preserve, & accentuated by lots of tree-lined paths and a lot of open green spaces. The neighborhood has grown from only 350 houses to over 1,200 over the past decade - and along the way, the neighborhood has managed to maintain its charm, friendliness, & excellent safety record.

Located in Northwest Travis County, right off FM 620, Canyon Creek is ideally positioned, and also still has the ability to offer homeowners the possibility of customizing their house. David Weekley Homes, Boulder Lane, and Standard Pacific are all names which are still developing within the community. Previously lived-in houses in good shape are in addition available.

Houses in this neighborhood have plenty of space to offer - a home which has four bedrooms and 3500+ sq. ft. isn't that uncommon, and sizes of lots have the tendency to be on the generous side as well. This is excellent news for the high density of professionals who tend to live here and who might like to use it to have guests over. Canyon Creek is in all actuality a great neighborhood for both professionals & families - more than half of all homeowners in neighborhood are college educated, & multiple are between the ages of 35 & 50. Professionals & young families are right at home here, which may be the reason why 47% of homes here are reported to have kids, according to the recent census data.

Not surprisingly, Canyon Creek is a very family-oriented neighborhood with a high emphasis on education - students that live here go to well respected schools which arein the Round Rock ISD or the Leander Independent School District. Canyon Creek students attend Canyon Creek Elementary, Canyon Vista Middle School, and Westwood High School.
