Getting into shape and weight loss are things that people consider something too difficult to take on. The importance of getting into shape and maintaining a healthy level of fitness has also been hyped up quite a bit over the past few years. Just going on a diet or just exercising is not going to get you to a healthy level of fitness. One thing without the other is not going to work for you. This might either be because the lack of food that is causing health issues or other problems they might face.

You are also not giving your muscles enough time to develop which is why you might not be able to develop a good body in the long run.
